HSC Islamic History and Culture 1st Paper 3rd Chapter Note Khulafaay Rashidin. Again. I’m NOT talking about the existing ISIS, just that, if all Muslims unite to establish a moderate, righteous, international Caliphate expanding all over the world, what would it be like? Basically, ISIS without the extremism, killing, madness, insanity, Muslim-murdering actions, no suicide bombing, no attacking other non-muslim states that made peace with Muslims. A state bound to social justice. A welfare state that is free from corruption (Oh dear, how many Muslim counties suffer from this rampant disease). A state investing so much on healthcare and education where it would produce some great cultural centers.

Egalitarian society that is tolerant of others and it does not oppress the weak. Something similar to the Rashidun. In reality, Why would a Shia Iranian want to be ruled by a Sunni Qatari for example? Likewise, why would the Sunni Qatari want to be ruled by the Shia Iranian? And where do the Ibadis fit into all of this, as even though we know little about them we know they believe a Caliph is not necessary and that Muslims can rule themselves? The answer is that there is no reason they should be ruled by others who they fear may commit excesses on them and will oppress them.
